Stan Thiebaud spoke at the Advanced Medical Malpractice Seminar in San Antonio on March 18, 2010. Mr. Thiebaud spoke on topics related to expert reports including notice, discovery, service of reports and objections. The speech included presentation of many hot button issues currently pending before the Texas Supreme Court. Papers were presented on each of the topics at the seminar.
