Cathryn Paton has been in practice since 1996 and has wide-ranging legal experience. She has successfully represented physicians, hospitals, businesses, and individuals in litigation, regulatory, and business matters, both as a member of our firm and previously as a private practitioner in Collin County. Cathryn’s experience also includes products liability, coverage determinations, employment issues, premises liability, contract negotiation, bankruptcy, collections, UCC, and appeals. Cathryn provides skillful and effective counsel to our litigation and business clients.
